Promotional collateral from The Stories of King Arthur and His Knights by Sir Thomas Malory. Envelope with map of the UK and the chapter titles, postcards from Camelot in envelope, and book excerpt which would all fit in the master envelope.

Clipping masks and photo textures were used in this concept to convey the fantastical and heroic aspects of the legend being revealed through the dark, and also the ruggedness of the natural landscape of historic Wales where many of the stories are set.

Note, this project was completed as part of my university in 2020 during lockdowns and as such were never printed. The class taught design for advanced printing techniques and how to set them up for printers. 

Conceptually, the large envelope’s title and 2 pages inside the book excerpt would have gold leaf printed. For mass production, a custom diecut would be required for both envelopes and also folding instructions for the map.
